1. Our Return Promise

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or if there is any mistake from our side. Returns must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 2 days of the delivery date
  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact (Kylaq jewellery box, bubble wrap, and outer packaging)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals
  • Customised or personalised jewellery (e.g., name engravings)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Whatsapp us at 9605835652 within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the item (front and back)

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return approval and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided to you(By WhatsApp or Email).

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We will arrange and pay for return pickup

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking via Cashfree): Refund within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days — you will need to provide your bank account details

5.3 When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Refund initiated by Kylaq: Within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
  • Credited to your account: Depends on your bank — typically 5–10 business days

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at the earliest.
