At Kylaq, we take great care in packing and delivering your silver jewellery safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping zones, timelines, charges, and procedures.
2. Shipping Zones
2.1 Domestic Shipping — India
We currently ship to all states and union territories across India, including remote areas served by India Post.
2.2 International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding globally — please check back soon or contact us for special arrangements.
3. Shipping Charges
- FREE shipping across India for all Orders
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
4.1 Standard Delivery
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities and state capitals: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas and rural pin codes: 3–5 business days
4.2 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4.3 Delays
Kylaq is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, national holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will proactively notify you of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order:
- Directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number
If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Packaging
Every Kylaq piece is carefully packed in our branded jewellery box, bubble wrapped, and properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Jewellery is an investment, we treat it like one.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel:
- The carrier will make up to 2 delivery attempts
- After failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us
- We will contact you to reship — re-shipping charges will apply
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
Photographs of damaged packaging will be required for claims.
